Aluminum Channel Machines

Lynam’s core business is producing Aluminum channel for rack rails. Rack rails are vital to all data rooms with rack mount computer equipment. The equipment used for this process is fast and reliable and produces the highest quality product possible.

Machines include (as seen on the left):

• Double tapper for aluminum channel. Cuts time in half by threading both sides of the channels. Taps 30 holes at a time.
• Channel Press
• Autosert Machine – Inserts pem studs / pem nuts into aluminum or sheet metal when material is too thin for machine threading or tapping, we do this manually.
• Extruded aluminum punch press. Our customizable punch press has multiple dies and is used to cut holes, bases and tops, and other specialty cuts. Our automatic punch press can punch a full channel in less than a minute.
