Powder Coat / Ink-Jet / Silkscreen

Lynam has a 650 foot high speed powder coat line with multiple paint booths for quick color changes. It features a 110 foot straight through 450 degree cure oven. The large straight through oven avoids the typical problems of smaller ovens including uneven heating, which effects paint quality, and parts banging into each other or falling off as they weave and cross multiple times.
